AMT is a pioneer in developing solutions for air tightness testing and air leakage measurement applications. Air tightness of a building is tested with the help of a Blower Door. A blower door consists of a calibrated fan for measuring an air flow rate and a pressure sensing device to measure the pressure created by the fan flow. The software then uses these results to calculate energy loss, ventilation rates, smoke control and fire suppressant loss rates according to the different standards.

Advanced Millennium Technologies has also developed software's to measure Energy Loss testing. Energy Loss testing is used for measuring losses in large commercial buildings where mandatory testing is required to fulfill Kyoto energy commitments.
